Cancellation Policy

Your business is important to us and there are times when you need to cancel due to illness or unexpected events.  We understand.

However, your cancellation will affect our business therefore we ask for 48 hours notice.  This will give us the opportunity to fill your cancelled appointment.

Please don't be offended if we ask for your credit card to secure your booking; more so if you are a new client.  If you cancel less than 48 hours notice of your appointment we may charge 50% of the treatment and this is non refundable.
